Celui-ci soulignait ainsi un problème connu depuis longtemps, l'influence des laboratoires pharmaceutiques sur les prescriptions des médecins, et proposait des pistes pour y remédier. Ce manuel permet de saisir la réalité de cette influence, loin de l'image d'un "big pharma" fantasmé, mais dont les effets sont néanmoins réels et insidieux.

Ainsi, il me semble nécessaire d'être transparent sur mes liens d'intérêt et les revues médicales que je lis afin que le personnes me consultant puissent se faire une idée du potentiel d'influence auquel je suis exposé par l'industrie pharmaceutique.

In 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) published a manual entitled "Understanding and Responding to Pharmaceutical Promotion". It highlighted a long-standing problem, the influence of pharmaceutical companies on physicians' prescriptions, and proposed ways to address it. This handbook allows us to grasp the reality of this influence, far from the image of a fantasized "big pharma", but whose effects are nevertheless real and insidious.

Thus, it seems necessary to me to be transparent about my links of interest and the medical journals I read so that the person consulting me can get an idea of the potential for influence to which I am exposed by the pharmaceutical industry.

Je suis conventionné auprès de la sécurité sociale en secteur 1. Je perçois donc directement de la sécurité sociale les règlements en tiers-payant concernant certaines prises en charge des personnes me consultant. Je perçois le reste du montant des actes réalisés au cabinet par les personnes qui viennent me consulter.

Je perçois un salaire en tant que praticien hospitalier contractuel à temps partiel au centre hospitalier du Rouvray.

Je perçois également une fois par an environ 2500€ de la sécurité sociale en fonction des critères de Rémunération sur Objectif de Santé Publique (ROSP) auquel j'ai satisfait. Il s'agit majoritairement du fait d'avoir un logiciel médical ainsi qu'un logiciel d'aide à la prescription agréés, de souscrire à une plateforme permettant les rendez-vous en ligne et la téléconsultation.

Je ne reçois pas de représentant·e·s de laboratoires, et je refuse les buffets et repas payés lors des colloques ou congrès auquel je me rends. Vous trouverez en vignette une capture d'écran de la base transparence santé regroupant les avantages que j'ai touché de laboratoires.

I have an agreement with the social security in sector 1, so I receive directly from the social security the third party payments for certain services provided to the people who consult me. I receive the rest of the amount of the acts carried out at my office by the people who come to consult me.

I receive a salary as a part-time contractual hospital practitioner at the Rouvray hospital center.

I also receive once a year approximately €2500 from the social security system according to the criteria of Remuneration on Public Health Objective (ROSP) which I have met. This is mainly due to the fact that I have approved medical software as well as prescription assistance software, to subscribe to a platform allowing online appointments and teleconsultation.
